I am so tired of inaccurate service and service times. The first instance was calling XL from the airport and ended up with a standard car, so my family ended up having to call 2 cars. The second instance is waiting 15 minutes with "2 minute" wait time until I finally call Uber. There are plenty more similar instances of essentially "bait and switch" I don't want to call Uber, but lyft app is so unreliable. I'm sure this won't show up to many but even the customer service support is BS.

I scheduled a ride 2hrs before pickup. The app showed a wrong address for departure. I corrected it. I waited 30 minutes but no show. The app showed the driver went to the destination, and of course I wasn't there! I was charged $20. The company needs to fix their navigation tool to find fern court in grapevine, not default to evergreen, which is a different street and blocks away.

Awful. For the second time, paid extra to be picked up quickly within 5 minutes or so, only to have driver make no progress for 20 minutes, the app blame me for not meeting the driver who never showed up at a designated airport pickup, and then canceling my trip. Had to rebook outside of Lyft. I get Lyft cashback through credit card, but it's not worth it.
